  • At any time, you can contact us by email or phone to answer your questions. To proceed with your reservation, simply fill out the online reservation form. We need your contact information (name, address, telephone and email address) for billing and delivery as required.

    For commercial, institutional, municipal events, you can write to us to get a quote. When everything is in order, you will only have to return a confirmation email to us in order to proceed with your reservation. For these events, it is possible to pay within 30 days net.

  • All usual payment methods are accepted: cash, check, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

    Bank transfers (Interac transfers) must be sent to the following email address: info@airenjeux.com. You will need to enter your invoice number in question and use the password: “Party”.

    You can also pay cash on site at the time of delivery or during your pick-up. Employees do not carry change. Checks are accepted. However, if the check bounces, additional fees will be charged.

    Commercial, institutional and municipal customers have 30 days to pay their bill, otherwise additional fees will be charged. Residential customers must pay their bill when taking possession of the game, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to return the equipment.

  • A delivery person will show up on site before your event and will be happy to set up the game according to your requests. If you have a pick-up, you will have to go between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to 104 Émilien-Marcoux in Blainville to pick up your game and return it the next day between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

  • If you wish to avoid delivery and installation fees, you can go between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to 104 Émilien-Marcoux in Blainville to pick up your equipment and return it the next day between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

  • We offer delivery anywhere in Quebec. So it’s impossible to list all the cities. Contact us to find out the delivery price for your area.

  • It is possible to cancel/postpone your reservation free of charge 24 hours before your event due to bad weather. It is important to call 24 hours before your reservation, otherwise the employees will have already prepared the trucks and their route for deliveries and the invoice will have to be paid in full. In addition, please note that we do not accept cancellations requested more than one day before your event, as the weather forecast too far in advance is rarely reliable.

  • Yes, when it comes to delivery, we take care of everything. We set up the inflatable games from A to Z and at the end of the day, we dismantle them for you.
